Hi, I'm a pastor who believes trust is the most underrated leadership skill in ministry.
[Placeholder bio — replace with your real story.] I've spent years in pastoral ministry, leading staff teams, planting and replanting, watching what builds trust in a church and what quietly erodes it. The longer I do this, the more convinced I am that trust is the substrate everything else grows out of — preaching, vision, conflict resolution, succession, all of it.
This site is where I write about that. Sometimes short notes from the week, sometimes longer essays I've been chewing on for months. I also coach pastors and ministry leaders one-on-one, because some conversations don't fit in a blog post.
Why "The Trusted Pastor"?
Because the goal isn't being the loudest voice in the room, or the most strategic, or the most charismatic. The goal is being the kind of leader your people can actually rely on — over years, in the hard decisions, when no one's watching. That kind of pastor is rare. It's also learnable.
