Pastoral ministry can be lonely at the top. Coaching is a structured, confidential space to think out loud with someone who knows the terrain — staff dynamics, board pressure, succession, conflict, the slow drift of burnout — and won't pretend the easy answer is the right one.

How it works

Intro call
A free 30-minute conversation so we both get a feel for whether this is the right fit. No pressure either way.

Coaching sessions
Hour-long sessions, usually every two to three weeks. Video or phone. You bring the agenda; I'll bring the questions.

Between sessions
Email and text access for the in-between moments — the late-night decision, the email you're not sure how to send.
